We have over 30 products.

Many of the products are manufactured in house. Some of the higher volume products are sourced from suppliers in China and the USA. 

Today My-cap packages all of our products for shipment to FBA fulfilment centres or stocking internally to handle non-FBA sales. We fulfil all non-FBA sales.

How are in-house manufactured parts transferred to the buyer?

All of the plastic parts manufactured in house would continue to be made by Dorfmueller Enterprises which is a separate business. The buyer is welcome to continue to purchase them from us. If they decide to move the part(s) to another manufacturer in the future that is also acceptable.  With regards to paper filters, we make/cut our own filters with die cutting equipment. We would move a die cutter and dies over to the buyer so they could continue to make filters.

Of the products we sell we manufacture:
- The black holder and green funnel in the Nespresso VertuoLine product line (media volume) 
- The grey plastic cap in the Nespresso VertuoLine product line (medium volume) 
- The black scoop is used throughout our product line. (high volume) 
- The green caps used in our Keurig K-Cup product line (low volume) 
- The black baskets used in our Keurig K-Cup product line (low volume) 
- The black top seal used in our Tassimo product line (medium volume) 
- The orange silicone 2.0 ring used in our Keurig K-Cup 2.0 Ring  and cap product. 
- The grey silicone caps for our Nespresso OriginalLine product line (low volume) 
- The grey silicone holders for our Nespresso OriginalLine product line (low volume) 
- The clear plate that holds the holder together (laser cut) for our Nespresso OriginalLine product line (low volume)

The costs are accounted for in the P&L.  We have assigned pricing to the items in our system.

We will not change transfer pricing for a year.  After that it may increase a little depending on material and labor cost changes.

Seller Support Includes

We would like to continue to support the purchaser as a consultant with streamlining the transition, customer problems, and new product ideas. Also, a few of the raw product are produced in house by our manufacturing business and we will continue to support the new purchaser in supplying these products.
