How the Program Works
Refer a Client
Introduce us to a business owner looking to sell or an acquirer seeking a target. We handle the entire M&A process from there.
We Execute the Deal
Our team manages valuation, marketing, buyer outreach, negotiations, and closing. You stay informed throughout.
Earn 10% Revenue Share
When their first deal closes, you receive 10% of our advisory fee, capped at $50,000 per referral. On a $20M transaction our tiered fee is roughly $880K, so the 10% share reaches the $50,000 cap.
